Jonathan Lestingi, a Michelin and James Beard-trained chef, runs the Woodlands Resort's Back Table. From February 11-14, a three-course prix fixe meal, including grilled filet mignon, lemon box pie with gingerbread crust, candied ginger, and mulled blackberry, costs $80 per person. Stay overnight and play golf or visit the spa for a weekend getaway.


Trattoria Sofia


The Heights' most romantic restaurant is Berg Hospitality's newest. The enclosed, climate-controlled patio has spacious banquettes, a softly lighted dining area, and a real olive tree. From February 11-14, dinner deals include a box of chocolates.


B&B Butchers & Restaurant


This romantic restaurant with rooftop views of Downtown's cityscape is a great option for date night on Valentine's weekend. Between February 11 and 14, the restaurant will offer meal offers and the chance to add John Friedman Flowers red flowers to their reservation. Valentine's Day diners get free chocolates.


Etoile Cuisine Et Bar


It's romantic at Uptown Park's restaurant. Vintage chandeliers, rustic paintings, and French décor make the dining area seem like a Parisian retreat. From February 11 to 13, visitors may pick from a la carte or a special four-course dinner for $85. February 14 offers the coursed-out meal.


Backstreet Cafe


River Oaks' 1940s-era restaurant is perfect for Valentine's weekend. The patio has cozy tables beside crackling fires in the comfortable dining area. On February 11 and 12, a four-course Valentine's Day dinner will cost $120 per pair. On February 14, a Valentine's Day lunch will cost $85 per visitor. Every menu is takeout.


Toro Toro


The Four Seasons Hotel's Pan-Latin steakhouse, led by celebrity chef Richard Sandoval, is a good alternative for couples eager to try something different. A multi-course, prix fixe meal including tuna tiradito, Cusco pork empanada, and a 20-ounce cowboy steak will be available for $125 per person on February 12 and 14. Enjoy a bottle of champagne, strawberries, and late checkout with the hotel's "Celebrate Romance" package.


Turner's


Berg Hospitality's Uptown retreat will be open from February 11 to 14 for Valentine's Day. A pianist will play live music in the dining area, and visitors may add a bouquet of John Friedman Flowers to their reservation.


Ouisie's Table


Ouisie's Table's Valentine's Day meal is offered on February 13 and 14. Before eating short rib cannelloni, horseradish-coated fish with orange sauce, and strawberry chocolate mousse torte, enjoy complimentary wine and chocolate.


Brennan's of Houston


Brennan's, which is usually closed on Mondays, will open on February 14 for a Valentine's Day celebration. For $85 a person, the Vincent Gross Jazz Trio performs and serves a three-course dinner with house favorites, including snapping turtle soup and scallops, and lobster risotto.

This classy wine bar is available for regular service Friday through Sunday of Valentine's weekend. Still, on February 14, it will host a ticketed event with traditional French wine and food at 6:30 p.m. Adele Corrigan's wines will pair with chef Joseph Apa's five-course supper. $175 each.


Truluck's


Uptown seafood enthusiasts might select Truluck's Lobster on Valentine's Day. Maine lobster ravioli with butter-poached tail and handmade noodles is $89. The restaurant's $14 dessert specials—a strawberry chocolate cake with strawberry cream cheese frosting and a chocolate-dipped strawberry—are available all month.


Musaafer


Musaafer's Valentine's Day menu includes veggie biryani nigiri with mushroom oyster raita. The five-course lunch begins at noon for $120, while the seven-course dinner on February 14 is available at either 6 or 9 p.m. for $150.


Hidden Omakase


Chef Niki Vongthong's omakase sushi restaurant is adding romantic touches to its seatings over Valentine's weekend. Bubbles, roses, and heart-shaped chocolate cookies will be given to visitors from February 10 to 14. Hidden Omakase is BYOB, so celebrate your love with a bottle.

This Montrose newcomer is a romantic Valentine's Day spot with subdued lighting, rich crimson furnishings, and a jazz soundtrack. Its Valentine's Day three-course meal is exclusive. Caesar salad, porterhouse steak with crispy shrimp and butter sauce, and red velvet cake are available. Tickets cost $120.


Tony's


This fine-dining staple will offer a four-course, multichoice, prix fixe dinner on February 14 for seating at 5:45 p.m. and 7:45 p.m., as well as a $150 two-person three-course meal to-go. Tony's Valentine's Day wine selection included Grand Cru and Contadi-Castaldi.


Coppa Osteria


Coppa's five-course Valentine's Day menu features 2021's most popular specialties. From February 11 to 14, diners may eat in or take their food home.


Dandelion Cafe


On Valentine's Day, this cozy coffee shop makes a lovely alternative to a formal dinner. February 14 offers penny strawberry mimosas. Each homemade sugar cookie costs $3.75.
